Ok I have a problem: this happened in the wash and now I can’t get the string back through the tube on the bottom of the cup. Any ideas?
Success! I attached a safety pin and then pulled it through with a crochet hook! Thanks :)
This week I WILL knit
Notice how I haven’t posted anything in weeks? My temp agency has kept me very, very busy. And my boss at my current temp assignment won’t let me knit, even though he hasn’t given me any work to do :( But this week I’m down to part time at that assignment, so I intend to actually get some knitting done. I might even finish my Princess Peach shawl!

My mom came home with this funky new Joann Sensations “Wave” yarn, wanting a scarf. Apparently, it is brand new, as it is not on ravelry or the Joann website. It looks kinda like a shag rug when knitted and is mostly cotton, with a bit of polyester.
I tried to knit with a yarn that looked exactly like this once…I think it was S. Charles brand. It was one of my most miserable knitting experiences ever…it had absolutely no stretch and kept getting stuck on itself. I hope the Joann’s is more pleasant for you.
It being
the season of incessant stormsspring now, I also want to knit all of the lacy things. I have two huge cones of laceweight yarn just begging to be knit into delicate things.
